ks8 Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

ks8 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ks8 platform and all of its services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you ("User") are entering into a binding agreement with ks8. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in English and constitute the official version of the ks8 terms and conditions. ks8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

ks8 services are operated with the goal of ensuring a safe and fair entertainment environment. The platform uses SSL encryption technology and all transactions are processed securely.

Account Registration

Registering a personal account is required to access the full services of the ks8 platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
• ks8 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time to verify an account.
• If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided, the account may be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

• Users are required to keep their login credentials confidential. Passwords must not be shared with third parties.
• Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to the ks8 support team immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

Age Requirement and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the ks8 platform is 21 years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and use an account.

• By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.
• ks8 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport to verify age.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be returned.
• Parents and guardians are asked to ensure that minors do not use this platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ks8 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh and ensures fast transactions. All financial transactions are processed through secure encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Deposits must come only from the user's own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if the account has not been fully verified.
• ks8 reserves the right to block withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or fraud.

Bonuses and Promotions

ks8 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each eligible account may receive the welcome bonus once only.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise in the terms.
• ks8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.
• In all bonus-related disputes, the decision of ks8 is final.

5.3 VIP Program

The ks8 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on overall activity and consistency on the platform.

Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on ks8 are governed by specific rules. These rules are strictly followed to ensure fair play.

• The user acknowledges that they are placing bets voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical fault on the platform has caused an issue.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical fault, ks8 will return the relevant funds to the user's account.
• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.
• For cricket and other sports betting, specific event rules apply, which can be found in detail on the relevant page.
• If a game or bet is interrupted due to network issues, ks8 will provide a reasonable resolution.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks8 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure.

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to extract bonus funds through strategic play.
• Participating in match fixing, fraud, or any conspiracy against the platform.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing or behaving improperly towards other users.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Account Suspension and Closure

ks8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• If false information is provided during the verification process.
• If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also contact ks8 support at any time to request account closure. Any remaining valid balance (if applicable and subject to conditions being met) will be returned before the account is closed.

Privacy and Security

• Users' personal information is not sold or rented to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.
• The platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all data transmissions secure.
• Users may request correction or deletion of their data, within legal limitations.

Limitation of Liability

ks8 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• If account credentials are stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical or legal reasons.
• ks8 is not liable for any financial loss arising from betting or gaming — participation is entirely at the user's own risk.

ks8 always strives to maintain the highest standards of service. However, in the event of unavoidable technical issues, ks8 will provide reasonable solutions.

Responsible Gaming

ks8 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment is enjoyable only when it is controlled and kept within limits.
